- Complimentary Service: Enjoy free annual cleaning and inspection of your jewellery to keep it looking its best.
- Service Validity: Maintenance services are invalidated if the jewellery has been altered or repaired by a third party. Ensure that all maintenance or repairs are done by Parallel Vault to maintain the service.
Returns and Refunds:
- Return Window: Return jewellery within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all packaging, certificates, and tags.
- Return Process: Contact our customer service team at [email address or contact form link] to initiate the return. Follow the instructions provided.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after the item is received and passes quality checks. A GST rate of 3% applies.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, engraved items, and those marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable.
- Certificate Requirement: The original certificate must be returned with the item. Loss of the certificate may result in a deduction for certification costs.
Buy-Back Policy:
- Buy-Back Option: We offer to buy back lab-grown diamond jewellery at 80% of the original purchase price within 12 months of purchase.
- Conditions: Jewellery must be in its original state, with no alterations or damage, and include the original invoice, certificates, and packaging.
- Buy-Back Value: Receive 100% of the value of the metal weight at the current rate and 80% of the diamond value based on market price.
- Discount Deductions: Discounts applied at purchase will be deducted from the buy-back amount (maximum value INR 300,000).
Order Cancellations and Address Changes:
- Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Cancellations after this period are subject to a 5% fee of the order value.
- Address Changes: Address changes can be made any time before the order has been shipped. Contact us at parallelvaultindia@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line to request an address change.
Warranty:
- Coverage: All our jewellery is covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Claims Process: If you encounter any issues due to manufacturing defects, please contact our customer support team with photographic evidence for resolution.
- Warranty Void: The warranty is voided if the item has been serviced or altered by third-party jewellers.
General Terms and Conditions:
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
- Inspection: All returned, exchanged, or buy-back items will be inspected to ensure compliance with our policy.
- Damaged or Defective Items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is damaged or defective to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Policy Updates: We may update this policy at any time. Check regularly for changes. Updates take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
- Making Charges: Exchange and buy-back values are calculated excluding making charges, wastage, and taxes.
Final Decision Clause:
Parallel Vaultβs decision regarding refunds and returns shall be final and binding. By continuing to order with Parallel Vault, you agree to abide by and acknowledge our policies. Once Parallel Vault has informed you of its decision, you shall not be entitled to raise any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or any other issues of whatsoever nature in that regard.
